Craniosacral Therapy

Helps your child better process and respond to what they experience through touch, movement, sound, and sight. This can support emotional regulation, attention, motor planning, and participation in daily activities.
Infant Massage
A calming and supportive practice that nurtures both baby and parent. Gentle touch can help ease tension, support digestion, improve sleep, and deepen your connection with your baby.
Joint Mobility and Stability
Supporting how joints and muscles move together allows the body to function more efficiently. When mobility and stability are balanced, it reduces strain, improves coordination, and supports overall development.

From there, we create a personalized plan using a blend of therapeutic techniques tailored to your child. Each session is calm, child-led, and designed to support progress in a way that feels safe and natural.
Myofacial Release
A soft, hands-on technique that targets tightness in the body’s connective tissue (fascia). This helps reduce restrictions, improve comfort, and support more natural movement patterns.

Add energy work that is completed by a certified and wonderful Reiki reader that will be performed on the attending caregiver while child is receiving bodywork
